At minicolor.shop, we aim to ensure a clear and transparent process for our customers. Below, you’ll find our return and refund policy for digital products.
Rules for returns and refunds on digital products
The rules for digital products purchased from an online store are slightly different from those for physical goods.
According to Danish consumer law, there is generally no right of withdrawal on digital goods once delivery has begun with the customer’s consent.
This is described in the Danish Consumer Agreement Act, §18, section 2, no. 13, which states that the right of withdrawal expires if:

The delivery of a digital service begins with the consumer’s explicit consent, and
-
The consumer acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the delivery has started.
This information is always provided before you download the product.
No right of withdrawal on digital products
When you purchase a digital product from us, you immediately receive a download link after completing your purchase.
In accordance with §18, section 2, no. 13 of the Danish Consumer Agreement Act, your right of withdrawal expires once you start downloading the product.
By completing your purchase, you agree to this condition.
Refunds in special cases
If you experience technical problems preventing you from downloading your purchased product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@minicolor.shop.
We will investigate the issue and offer a solution if the problem is due to an error on our side.
Limited downloads
Each digital product can be downloaded up to 2 times using the link provided after purchase.
Make sure to save the file in a secure location so you can use it as many times as you need.
Gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your request, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
